We can clearly see that the more congested roads are those that come from the motorway and thoses really close to the school (one way roads). This congestion lasts for 15 minutes maximum (two times per day), which is very short. The rest of the day, those roads are almost empty.
What can we do?
The congestion is caused by people who stop to let their children go out of the car.
Peolple should stop a bit further of the school.
